Finally chopped garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
Fresh or dry rosemary
Preheat the oven about 180⁰C to 200⁰ (depending on the type of oven you have, keep checking during baking time)
Add some olive oil to an oven dish
Finally chop the garlic cloves, one small clove per drumstick
Put the chopped garlic under the skin of each drumstick, see photo
Add sufficient salt and pepper to each drumstick
Put in the preheated oven
After about half an hour you take the oven dish out of the oven, pour some of the olive oil on the bottom of the dish over the drumsticks and sprinkle about a tablespoon of dried rosemary or a few sprigs of fresh rosemary over the chicken.
Bake for another 20 minutes but keep checking, you do not want the meat to burn. Depending on the size of the drumsticks they need between 45 and 60 minutes in the oven.
