Tibetan practice to be in the here and now
This practice finds its roots in a Tibetan monk dance and Kalachakra secret exercises combined. It was introduced and developed about 9 years ago by Tulku Lama Lobsang, who also introduced Lu Jong, Tibetan Healing yoga, into the West. “Tog” means thought and “Chöd” means to cut or to liberate. When we are free of fear related to past experiences and free of expectations towards the future, we can reduce our suffering and live more happily in the present moment.
In this workshop, guided by Guido Wüner Wewengkang, educator and one of the very experienced students of Tulku Lobsang in this practice, we will learn the Tog Chöd exercises that will give us a basis and understanding for further practice at home.
