1 kg. Chicken wings (or drumsticks)
¼ a cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons of powdered ginger
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Get a oven dish and mix the soy sauce, the ginger, the sugar and the garlic.
Put the chickenwings in the same dish and cover with the mix.
Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Salt the chicken wings and bake in a preheated 180º oven for an hour. Turn over the chicken half way the cooking time.
