If you are trying to avoid too much white flour then these buns taste fantastic in addition to this, they are very filling
500 gram Cottage cheese
1 big spoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
500 gram oatmeal (porridge oats)
Mix egg and cottage cheese in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients. Form the buns to your liking and bake them in an oven at 200 degrees C for approx. 20 minutes.
