Ingredients for the salad:
1 small onion
honey or other sweetener
salt and pepper
Wash and cut the broccoli into pieces
Boil the broccoli in water with a little salt until cooked to your taste. If you like the broccoli to still be a bit crunchy then do that, if you like the broccoli well boiled then boil it for a bit longer.
Cut the two tomatoes into chunks
make a dressing with two tablespoons of mayonaise, a drizzle of olife oil, some apple cider vinigar, some salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar or a littlebit of honey (or other sweetener)
When the broccoli is cooked, let it cool down and mix with the other ingredients.
Mushroom omelet: fry some chopped mushrooms in some butter and oliveoil with salt and pepper, when ready take out of the pan. Beat 5 eggs and add a little salt and put in a frying pan with some olive oil. Then add the mushrooms and a sprinkle of parmazan cheese. Lid on the pan and serve when ready.
You need a juicer for this. Juice about a kg of carrots and an inch of frech ginger and 1 large granny smith apple and 1 large golden delicious apple. Serve cold, if necessary with some ice.
