Fry the meat, sprinkled with black pepper and salt in some olive oil. Take out of the pan and add more olive, covering the bottom of the pan. Add the mushrooms (cleaned and chopped into chunks) into the hot oil and a good amount of garlic cloves. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Keep stirring as you don’t want the garlic to burn. When the mushrooms are ready you add the pork meat and make sure it is hot. Serve immediately and don’t forget to soak up the oil with some fresh bread.
